GSMSolar  commissioned in Sep 2007 a 15,000 m2 facility located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, for the production of monocrystal ingots, polysilicon and manufacturing of mono and multi solar grade wafers.

Production capacity for ingot manufacturing and wafer slicing respectively of 35 MW and 45 MW.

Current buildings in Kunshan have been designed for capacity up to 300 MW. In addition sufficient land has been reserved adjacent to the facility for further expansion.
